BANK’s philosophy is simple: great ingredients, simply prepared & presented with a touch of southern sensibility. Our steaks are either Certified Black Angus, the finest commercially produced beef obtainable, or sourced from small farms that adhere to strict natural grass feeding practices. All of our steaks are charbroiled & finished with a hint of herb butter. Our ground beef is packed locally, using the best / natural products by the Organic Butcher in Charlottesville, VA.
